Our platform only supports one store per ShopK account. If you wanna create more options for brand customization. For example, you wanna create custom product collections within your store—allowing you to organize specific design themes, products, etc. You could contact our representatives, this is possible, we are happy to help.
Can I Connect Subdomains?
Yes – creators can add subdomains to their account. For example, if your domain is toocoolforschool.com, you can add a subdomain like shop.toocoolforschool.com or toocoolforschool.com/shop. To add one, go to the store editor on your dashboard. Click ‘Add custom domain,’ then ‘I already own my domain.’ Now you can add a domain or subdomain by following the normal steps to connect a domain, as outlined here.
Can I cancel my order?
If you realize that you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact us in 24 hours by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help your cancel the order.

What is the status of my order?
